Gospel Musicians Committee

Our Aim is...

...to bring the Religious Community in all its facets together with the professional union musicians who have dedicated their lives to a musical ministry.

Our aim is to make available to the Religious Community a Religious Musicians Referral Service that can provide experienced union musicians for all its musical needs.

Our aim is to build a spirit of cooperate between the union and the many institutions that comprise the extended family of the Religious Community.

Our aim is to remind the Religious Community that "the Laborer is worthy of his/her wages".

Our aim is to help the Religious Community provide a pension plan for musicians that is not a prohibitive burden to them.

Our aim is to introduce the use of union contracts to the Community as a way of doing business.

Our aim is to make the union be the first and last place the Religious Community goes to for all its musical needs.

For more information, contact Leslie Wilkins at (212) 245-4802, ext. 140.
