Producer agrees to be bound by the Trust Indenture dated 10/2/59, as amended, providing for contributions to the AFM and Employers' Pension Fund, and further agrees to contribute to such Fund on behalf of the musicians engaged by the Producer, an amount equal to 10% of the current AFM Television Station I.D.'s scale wages earned by said musicians.

6. Health and Welfare:

$17.94 per day, per service

7. Usage: TV Station I.D.'s are limited to a single station to be designated on the contract at time of recording.
8. Usage: TV Station I.D.'s may be used by additional TV Stations upon payment of 33-1/3% of original scale amounts earned by musicians for each additional station.
9. Initial Use:
For the initial payments set forth in this Agreement, a tape containing a series of Identification Announcements may be broadcast by the Television Station during the Fifty-two (52) week period ("first cycle") immediately following the date of the recording session at which any cut incorporated in that series was first recorded.
10. Reuse:
The second cycle shall commence immediately following the end of the first cycle and each subsequent cycle shall commence immediately following the end of the immediate preceding cycle.
For each such fifty-two (52) week cycle, subsequent to the initial cycle during which any cut shall be so broadcast, payments shall be made to each person covered by this Agreement who rendered service hereunder with respect to any part of the tape containing the series into which such cut shall be incorporated, the following percentages of the total scale wages earned by such person in connection with the recording of such series:

11. Music Preparation:
Arranging and copying rates and conditions are those set forth in the current Television Film Agreement.
