802 Jazz Night is thrilled to present the highly unique sounds of Musette Explosion, featuring Will Holshouser (accordion), Matt Munisteri (guitar, banjo) and Marcus Rojas (tuba). The beautiful mid-20th century Parisian musette style is a dynamic mixture of French, Italian, African American, and Roma influences. This group brings the music to new places through virtuosic improvisation and original compositions, sonic surprises and adventurous playing, always with a sense of fun and an emotional depth.
