- CORE STRENGTH 101 (Level 1) class meets from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- BODY MECHANICS (Level 2) class meets from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (You must have taken a class with Karin previously in order to register for the Bio mechanics class.)
