Local 802 Political and Public Relations Director Kremen present. Kremen presented recommendations for several New York State Assembly and Senate endorsements for the upcoming general election. It was moved and seconded to have Local 802 host the New York Conference of Musicians in the spring of 2015. Discussion held. Motion carried unanimously.

Gagliardi reported on Local 802 Musicians Emergency Relief Fund finances. Discussion held.

Olcott reported on a tentative agreement with the New Jersey Festival Orchestra. Discussion held.

O’Connor reported on a request from AFM Secretary-Treasurer Sam Folio to participate in a membership retention initiative. Discussion held.

Olcott presented a request from the Queens Symphony Orchestra to use public service scales for rehearsals and a concert. Assistant to the President Bond presented a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the Irish Repertory Theater for productions at the DR2 Theater or any other theater with 99 seats or less. Discussion held. It was moved and seconded to approve the agreement with Joe’s Pub. Motion carried unanimously.
