New York Collegium. For an April 15 concert, the employer canceled a number of rehearsals with less than seven days’ notice, a violation of Collegium’s CBA with the union. Concert Rep Jacob Heyman-Kantor contacted the employer and filed a grievance. In response, the employer agreed to compensate all musicians for the cancelled services. In total, the grievance resulted in $4,505.40 gross pay, $57 in health contributions and $585.69 in pension payments.
