Her approach to helping others quit addresses the physical, emotional and behavioral complexities of the addiction. It incorporates new research, new psychodynamic theories, and new methods that have been developed to help people overcome addictions.

Greenwald has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations, and in private practice. She has appeared on radio and TV and regularly addresses professional organizations on wellness issues. She also conducts groups and workshops to help people achieve the changes they are trying to bring about.
