In solidarity with Joni Mitchell & Neil Young, I have pulled my music from Spotify. Spotify chooses to monetize Joe Rogan’s unconscionable promotion of misinformation about vaccination, a choice that will literally cost lives. Those promoting misinformation about science are assisting the SARS-COV-2 virus in its violent assault on our human family.

As Lenny Bernstein put it: “This will be our reply to violence: to make music more intensely, more beautifully, more devotedly than ever before.”

To paraphrase for our present situation: My reply to Spotify and Joe Rogan’s promulgation of medically dangerous information is to make music elsewhere.
