OFF-BROADWAY

By Jeeves: Local 802 has reached agreement with By Jeeves Limited Partnership for six musicians performing in this production at the 597-seat Helen Hayes Theatre. The minimum scale is 85 percent of Broadway agreement wage scales for rehearsals and performances. All premium percentages – including those for music director/conductor, associate conductor, contractor, librarian, vacation, synthesizer, and all doubling – will be the same as those in the League agreement.

Health benefit contributions are $54 per week, hospitalization is $29.91 per week, and the sick pay contribution is 1 percent of the total musician payroll paid into the Local 802 Theatre Sick Pay and Hospitalization Fund. Pension is 8 percent of all wages. Music preparation is paid at the full Broadway rate. All musicians have identity with the product. The agreement will run from Oct. 1, 2001, through March 2, 2003.
