President Krauthamer reported on the purpose of the board meeting, pertaining to a review with members of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra bargaining committee of a proposed memorandum of agreement between Local 802 and New York Philharmonic.

Members Colin Williams, Fiona Simon, Thomas Smith and Larry Tarlow of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra bargaining committee present.

Member Williams reviewed the terms of the memorandum of agreement.

Financial Vice President Fisher requested confirmation of the results of an email poll approving the investment of $1 million of the cash held at Morgan Stanley into Delaware Funds.
