Meeting called to order at 11:06 A.M. by President Gagliardi. Present in person: Recording Vice President Mars, Financial Vice President Fisher, Executive Board Members Assael, Burridge, Cohen Cutler, DeRosa, and Namkung. Present by video conference: Executive Board Member Kainuma and Chief of Staff Daniel Point.

Minutes of the August 16, 2022 meeting were reviewed by the Executive Board.

Motion made and seconded to approve the minutes of the August 16, 2022 meeting, as corrected.

Gagliardi reported on an upcoming meeting with the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular’s orchestra committee.

Motion made and seconded to affirm the board poll approving the March 7, 2022 through March 10, 2024 memorandum of agreement between The Broadway League and Local 802.

Motion made and seconded to affirm the board poll approving the July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024 memorandum of agreement between The New York City Opera and Local 802.

Gagliardi reported on negotiations between New York City Center Encores! and Local 802.

Gagliardi reported on the proposed settlement of a grievance concerning a dismissed Broadway musician.

Discussion held regarding a draft letter from Local 802 to the Metropolitan Transit Authority concerning its proposed congestion pricing plan.

Motion made and seconded to approve the leave of absence requests of four Broadway musicians.

Mars reported on negotiations between the Kaufman Center for the Performing Arts and Local 802.

Motion made and seconded to affirm the board poll approving Divergent HVAC Solutions LLC’s $4,000 invoice to repair a condenser coil leak in Local 802’s air conditioning system.

Discussion regarding four construction company’s proposals to repair cracks in the façade of Local 802’s building.

Motion made and seconded to approve the expenditure of $2,450 for Kleinknecht Electrical Company to perform electrical work on the third floor of the Local 802 building.
