Motion made and seconded to approve the 7/21/26 meeting minutes as amended.

Motion made and seconded to approve a proposal from Milliman of up to $5000 relating to health care coverage for the NYC Ballet Orchestra.

Motion made and seconded to affirm the board poll from 8/4/26 to approve a Limited Pressing agreement for This Ain’t No Disco.

Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made and seconded to approve a public service scale request for the Senior Concert Orchestra concert on 11/8/26.

Motion carried unanimously.

Fisher presented a brochure from Regional Orchestra Players’ Association (ROPA).

Motion made and seconded for Local 802 to approve payment for the first year of ROPA membership fees to any Local 802 orchestra who opts to join the ROPA conference by July 1st, 2027.

Meeting called to order at 11:25AM by President Point. Present in person: Financial Vice-President Fisher, Chief of Staff Rush Perez, Executive Board member Burridge. Present via video conference: Executive Board members Assael, Bove, Cutler, Goodfriend-Koven, Hyde, Kainuma, Williams. Minutes recorded by Burridge.

President Point presented a “Resolution on ‘The Complete Allegro Archive’ bylaw amendment,” referring the recently submitted bylaw amendment to a committee, working in consultation with appropriate staff members to assure any proposed amendment is workable within the current 802 structure.

Motion made and seconded to approve the resolution.

Motion carried. Bove, Goodfriend-Koven and Kainuma opposed.

Motion made and seconded to approve the 8/11/26 meeting minutes as amended.

Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made and seconded to approve payment of an invoice from Cohen, Weiss and Simon totaling $18,458.19.

Motion made and seconded to approve a request for $300 from the Local 802 Bowling Team, payable to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, to cover the league fee for the Fall 2026 season.

Motion was made and seconded to increase Public Service scales by 3% on January 1, 2027.
