Local 802 Gospel Committee Organizer Leslie Wilkins, 63, passed away a year ago, on
Oct. 16, 2015. The Gospel Committee recently paid tribute to Leslie at a special musical service at Local 802. “Leslie’s insight and kindness helped soothe the weary musician’s soul,” wrote fellow Gospel Committee member Fran McIntyre, in an article Allegro published last year. “Even when she was buried in paperwork, Leslie made time for you and would always return a call. Leslie was the most trustworthy person I knew.”
