Instruments Stolen

Instruments were stolen from the cars of two separate 802 members around the end of October. If you have any information, including if you see the instruments for sale privately, or in a music or pawn shop, please notify the owners immediately. The instruments are:

  1. Unlaquered, very green and discolored Selmer Mark VI tenor (serial #133267). Stolen on Oct. 26. Contact Michael Weisberger at (212) 683-3736 or (917) 593-1945.
  2. Silver Conn curved soprano (serial #70328). Was in a broken down Conn case with a red bungee cord and no handle. Stolen on Oct. 26. Contact Michael Weisberger at (212) 683-3736 or (917) 593-1945.
  3. Brown Yamaha silent electric violin. Was in a black saxophone soft case that said “Groove Pack” on it. Also stolen was a violin bow in a black bow case. Taken out of car in Union, N.J. on Oct. 21. Contact Diane Montalbine (908) 447-1395 or (908) 687-3273. Montalbine is offering a $250 reward.
