On Nov. 11 at 1:30 a.m. a tentative agreement was reached between the AFM and the League of American Theatres and Producers, Inc., and Buena Vista Theatrical Ventures, Inc. (Disney) on terms and conditions of a successor Pamphlet B Touring Theatrical Agreement. Negotiations had taken place sporadically since mid-March for this contract. The previous agreement expired on March 3, 1999.

Details will be forthcoming from the Federation within the next several weeks.
