Steven Scott Update

Volume CVI, No. 11November, 2006

In the last issue of Allegro we told you that the New York State Employment Relations Board had issued a complaint on Aug. 24 against former Steven Scott leader Ike Walkover. On Sept. 21 the state board issued complaints against two more former Scott leaders, Anthony Mills and Todd Barrie. Our information confirms that both continue to operate in the club date field, booking new work, as well as completing work previously booked by Steven Scott Enterprises. We expect that the state board will also issue complaints against the rest of the former Scott leaders, against whom Local 802 has filed charges.
