Trial Board Report (February 27, March 2, and March 6, 2026)

On February 27, March 2, and March 6, 2026, the Trial Board convened to deliberate on ten different charges filed against various Local 802 Executive Board members and officers. The purpose of the sessions was to conduct the Procedural Review of Charges under the newly-amended Article 5, Section 4 of the Bylaws. After careful consideration of each charge, the Trial Board unanimously dismissed each one. The Trial Board provided its decisions to the Recording Vice President on March 9, 2026.
