President Krauthamer reported on matters pertaining to realtor commissions for the lease of space on the 6th floor and presented an invoice in the amount of $8,053.58 from Brian Weld of Cushman & Wakefield.

It was moved and seconded to approve for payment the invoice from Cushman & Wakefield as submitted.

Krauthamer reported on expenses pertaining to repairs and modifications of the building elevator so as to remain in compliance with city regulations.

Fisher reported on the status of negotiations between Local 802 and Stamford Symphony for a successor collective bargaining agreement.

Krauthamer requested that the board confirm the results of an email poll approving the terms of a memorandum of agreement (MOA) between Local 802 and Manhattan Theater Club (MTC) pertaining to a successor collective bargaining agreement.

It was moved and seconded to confirm the results of the email poll in which the Executive Board unanimously approved the MOA with MTC.

Krauthamer presented a memorandum of agreement between Local 802 and Transport Group pertaining to a successor collective bargaining agreement.

It was moved and seconded to concur with the minutes of the CAC meeting of August 22, 2019 with the following exceptions: That per Local 802 Financial Policy guidelines any overages of the per diem rate for which payment is sought are to be referred to the Financial Subcommittee for review and determination; and with regard to the matter of lost wages that, in accordance with the Local 802 Bylaws, Article III Section 7 (c), the Executive Board will request a meeting with CAC to review a claim for payment of such wages in accord with established in past practice.
