Manhattan Plaza is temporarily opening its waitlist lottery

Manhattan Plaza at 400 West 43^rd Street is opening its waitlist lottery for performing artists and for residents of Community Board 4. The waitlist lottery will be open on Nov. 6, 2025 and close in December.

Qualifications will be based on performing arts qualification guidelines or by Community Board 4 residency.

For performing artists, the waitlist lottery will be opening for both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. For Community 4 residents, the waitlist lottery will be opening only for two bedroom apartments.
